About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the PembiTube website and pre-launch waiting list. PembiTube is operated by LPR Media Alpha Ltd, company number 16983179, registered office at Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE. Contact us at hello@pembico.ai.
Pre-launch status
PembiTube is currently in development. Joining the waiting list does not create a purchase, reservation or entitlement to the finished product. Features, compatibility, release timing and pricing may change before launch.
Pricing shown on the site
Any founding or planned price shown before launch is indicative until a purchase is actually offered. If we launch a paid version, the final price and purchase terms will be shown before you pay.
Third-party services
PembiTube is designed to work with third-party products such as Codex/OpenAI, ElevenLabs, MiniMax and optionally Claude/Anthropic. Those services are separate from PembiTube and may require their own paid accounts, subscriptions, credits or API access. Their charges are paid directly to those providers, not to us.
No monetisation guarantee
PembiTube is intended to make long-form video production more repeatable and economical. We do not guarantee views, subscribers, revenue, YouTube Partner Programme acceptance, channel monetisation or any other commercial result.
Website content
We try to keep the information on this site accurate, but pre-launch information may change as the product is tested and developed. Demo clips and descriptions illustrate intended or tested use cases and are not a guarantee that every user will obtain identical results.
Intellectual property
The PembiTube name, branding, website content, product materials and software are owned by or licensed to LPR Media Alpha Ltd unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, republish, sell or redistribute them without permission.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious code or use the waiting-list form for spam or automated abuse.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from reliance on pre-launch information, third-party services or temporary website unavailability.
Changes
We may update these terms as PembiTube moves from pre-launch to a paid product. The current version will be published here.
