What we collect

If you join the PembiTube waiting list, we collect the email address you submit. We may also receive basic technical information generated by our hosting and security providers, such as IP address, browser information and request logs.

Why we use it

We use your email address to manage the PembiTube waiting list and send launch, early-access and closely related product updates that you requested when joining.

Our legal basis

For waiting-list and launch emails, we rely on your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the PembiTube website, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors move around the site, approximate device and browser information, and general traffic patterns. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to collect and process this information. We use this data to improve the website, content and marketing. Service providers

We use third-party services to operate the site and waiting list. This currently includes Vercel for website hosting, Resend for managing email contacts and sending email, and Google Analytics for website analytics. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy arrangements.

How long we keep your data

We keep your waiting-list email while it is needed for the purpose you joined for, unless you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it sooner. We may retain limited records where required for security, legal or compliance purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data, including rights to access, correct, delete or restrict how it is used, and to withdraw consent. UK users also have rights under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
